Customer satisfaction is important to Learning Without Scars. If you have purchased an educational product from Learning Without Scars, we will provide you a full refund provided the following:
- Was purchased within the last thirty (30) days.
- Has not been started.
- Was not purchased using a coupon.
- Only regular priced education may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds
To complete your refund, we require a receipt as proof of purchase. Once your refund request is received via email to ca******@******************rs.org, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within forty-five (45) days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within that forty-five (45) day timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ca******@******************rs.org.
